'MARCO' standard Pre Filters are high loft (high dust holding capacity) non woven synthetic media filters and are available both in G3 and G4 (EU - 3 and EU - 4) categories. Media is sealed to frame with sealant. Frames are available in Al. / SS / GI or MS / GI powder coated finish. Both box type and flange type constructions are standard.
Fire retardant media filters also available.
All filters meet ASHRAE 52.2 and EN 779 specifications.

'MARCO' standard Microvee Filters are deep pleated high loft 5 micron WASHABLE media filters. Media is sealed to frame with sealant. Frames are available in Al. / SS / GI or MS / GI powder coated finish. Both box type and flange type constructions are standard.
Fire retardant media filters are also available.
These filters are type tested to meet ASHRAE 52.01 and EN-779 F-5 / EU-5 specifications.

'MARCO' F-5 / F-6 / F-7 / F-8 (EU-5 / EU-6 / EU-7 / EU-8) Fine Filters are made of Synthetic Non Woven Media. Media is fire retardant. Frames are available in Al. / SS / GI or MS / GI powder coated finish. Both box type and flange type constructions are standard. Mini Pleat construction filters are also available.
Filters with Fiber Glass Media can also be supplied on customer request.
MERV rated filters as per ASHRAE 52.2 available.
These filters meet EN-779 specifications.

'MARCO' F-8 / F-9 (EU-8 / EU-9) Super Fine Filters are made of Synthetic Non Woven Media / Fiber Glass Paper Filters. Medias are fire retardant. Frames are available in Al. / SS / GI or MS / GI powder coated finish. Both box type and flange type filters are available in Deep Pleat / Mini Pleat construction.
MERV rated filters as per ASHRAE 52.2 available

'MARCO' Hepa Filters are really absolute filters with efficiency > 99.97% at 0.3 micron. Filters are individually point to point scanned for media integrity and DOP tested for its overall efficiency. Filters are available in Aluminium / SS constructions. Box type, channel type & flange type construction are standard. Knife edge and gel seal filters are also available.
High Flow Hepa Filters for use in Air Handling Units are standard product.
Higher efficiency ULPA filters and high temperature filters are also available on demand.
Filters meet EN-1822 specifications.
HEPA FILTERS MINI PLEAT
'MARCO' manufactures Mini Pleat Hepa Filters on state of the art Mini pleating machine with Hot melt Glue separators (Filters with concealed separators are also available). Each filter is point to point scanned and DOP efficiency tested for better than 99.97% efficiency at 0.3 micron. Both box type and flange type frame configurations are standard. Filters are certified to meet EN 1822 standard.
