"Marco" Raised Floor Tiles And False Ceiling

RAISED FLOOR TILES

Raised access floors are a standard component in the design of a Server room or Data-Centre. The most commonly seen is that used within an IT hardware space and is based on the use of standard floor tiles and metal pedestals. The tiles are heavy and are held in place by their weight and lateral location.

Raised floors used are often completed with Anti-static laminate to prevent static and ease maintenance. The under-floor space houses services like cable and piping and act as air plenum for under floor circulation. With the need to effectively distribute power, having a raise floor system can also address future requirements like technological advances, growth and increased demand for data distribution.

FALSE CEILING/ DROPPED CEILING

A dropped ceiling is a secondary ceiling (False Ceiling) hung below the main (structural) ceiling. It may also be referred to as a drop ceiling, T-bar ceiling, false ceiling, suspended ceiling, grid ceiling, drop in ceiling, drop out ceiling, or ceiling tiles and is a staple of modern construction and architecture in both residential and commercial applications.
